All mechanical and electrical components have been inspected, cleaned, and calibrated, ensuring that this cassette deck performs as well, if not better, than it did on day one. The heads have been demagnetized and aligned, and any worn parts have been replaced with latest higher grade components.

In cosmetics and design, the CR-7A with Nakamichi Series-7 electronics although either function perfectly in any system, either can be connected to the Nakamichi CA-7 Control Amplifier and operated via the CA-7’s System Remote Control, but neither need operated that way. The CR-7A comes with a wireless remote-control unit RM – C7 included in this sale.

CR-7A: The epitome of convenience and performance! Automatic calibration of playback azimuth, bias and recording level with independent memory banks tor the three major tape types. Manual control of playback azimuth too – even from your armchair via a wireless remote control. An accurate real-time counter with Auto Fade at the end of side and a special 2-second peak-hold on its 50 dB level indicators.
